This policy explains how Remote Job Navigator uses information from visitors and people joining our job-alert interest list. Contact us through the contact form.

Information you provide

Our contact form collects your name, email address, and message so we can respond to your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to job alerts. Contact submissions are saved in WordPress. Our signup form collects your email address and, if you choose, your first name. Fluent Forms saves these details inside our WordPress website. Form records can also include submission time, IP address, and browser information.

How we use it

We use your details to manage the interest list and contact you about job updates when email alerts are ready. Automated job-alert emails are not active yet. Before sending alerts, we will ask you to confirm your email address.

Access to form entries is restricted to authorized website administrators. We do not publish your signup details in our directory or job listings.

Your choices

You can browse listings without signing up. Apply and Visit site buttons take you through the signup page before continuing to the selected website. A short-lived functional cookie remembers your selected destination for up to 30 minutes; it contains no email address or name. To withdraw your interest-list request, correct your information, or request deletion, use our contact form. We retain interest-list records while preparing and managing the service, unless you request deletion.

Website operation

After an interest-list signup, a secure functional cookie remembers access to the regional job-board section in this browser for 30 days. It contains no name or email address. Clearing cookies or switching browsers requires another signup.

Our WordPress plugins, hosting service, and security tools may process technical information and logs needed to operate and protect the website. We host the workplace images and fonts on this website. We have not added an analytics or advertising integration as part of this launch.

Other websites

Employer application links and job-board links take you to other websites. Those websites handle information you provide under their own policies. We do not collect your résumé through our interest-list form.

Future changes

Affiliate tracking and AdSense have not been activated. We will update this policy to describe the actual providers and relevant choices before adding those services or changing how we use signup information.
